RB 54/2008 LOIs with Burger King regarding Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs about the signing of Letters of Intent between AmRest and Burger King Europe GmbH (“BKE”) regarding three new markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Both Parties have agreed to enter into negotiations intended for BKE to grant AmRest a Development Agreements and Franchise Agreements thereunder in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. The negotiations will include the specific terms and conditions that will be mutually acceptable to both parties as it relates to AmRest developing and operating Burger King Restaurants in these three markets.

Currently AmRest has rights to open and operate Burger King restaurants in Poland and Bulgaria. At the moment the Company operates 6 Burger King restaurants in Poland and 2 in Bulgaria.
