There are no reports filed to the CNMV (Comisión Nacional de Mercado de Valores) under the provisions of Article 40 of Royal Decree 1362/2007 of 19 October 2007. Since the dual listing on the Spanish stock exchanges, the Company has not passed the 1% threshold of purchased own shares.
The regulatory announcements related to all transactions on own shares submitted to the KNF (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) are included in “Communications to Regulators” section of the website.
