RB 92/2017 Notification of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on April 19th, 2017 a notice from Mr. Henry McGovern – a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, about a purchase of 7 234 AmRest shares executed on April 18th, 2017. The shares were transferred free of charge as a result of exercising AmRest management options. The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked.
