RB 131/2014 –The registration of AmRest bonds in KDPW

In regards to the regulatory announcements RB 73/2014 dated September 11th, 2014 and RB 125/2014 dated December 9th, 2014  the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about the registration of AmRest 14 000 bearer bonds, series AMRE04100919, in the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”). According to the resolution of the KDPW number 974/14, dated November 20th, 2014 and the announcement of the Operational Department of KDPW dated December 15th, 2014 the date of the registration is December 16th, 2014.

The ISIN code assigned to the mentioned bonds is PLAMRST00025.
